What are my privileges as a Fashion Fast Forward member?

-	You get to enjoy 10% discount on all nett priced merchandise at any Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins stores in Malaysia.
-	Receive one point for every RM1 spent. Collect 800 points and you will receive a RM25 shopping voucher for your next purchase.
-	If you shop with us on your birthday month, you will receive a 20% discount voucher applicable for your next purchase.

What can I redeem my points for?

With a collection of 800 points, you receive a RM25 voucher. The voucher will be printed at our counter at time of purchase and is valid for one month from date of issue.

How do I get my birthday treat?

Shop at any of our stores in Malaysia on the month of your birthday and you will receive a 20% discount voucher. The voucher will be printed at our counter at time of purchase.

Will my points expire?

No, your points will not expire.

No, your membership will not expire.

How do I report a lost card?

To report a lost card, you must personally go to any of our Topshop, Topman or Dorothy Perkins boutiques in Malaysia. RM10 replacement fee will be levied.

How do I update my personal information?

Register at www.fashionfastforward.com.my. You will receive an email thereafter with steps to activate your account. You can log in to your account anytime to update your personal data.

I do not know my log-in password, or I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

i	If you do not know or have forgotten your password, log on to www.fashionfastforward.com.my. At the left corner of the screen there is a login box. Below the login box there is a link to "Forgot Password?" and click on it.
ii	Enter your Fashion Fast Forward membership number and click the red arrow button or press the ENTER key.
iii	We will send a new password to your registered email address once we have verified that your Fashion Fast Forward membership is valid.

What should I do if my password is denied?

If your password is denied, please use the contact us form and send us a comment with details such as your name, identification or passport number and your membership card number.

If I am a new member, how long should I wait before I can log in to the F3 site?

Please allow at least one month before you can activate your account. Once the one month window period has passed, log on to www.fashionfastforward.com.my/activation. Please enter your Fashion Fast Forward membership number and your identification card or passport (whichever was used for your membership registration).

12.

I am a new member and I can't activate my membership on the site. What should I do?

There are two possible reasons:

i	Your card no and IC/passport number is not on our database yet. You should wait for at least a month before trying to activate your membership.
ii	Your IC/passport number is incorrect on our database. If you have the card for more than a month, contact us with your name, ic/passport number and your Fashion Fast Forward membership number for us to help

Can I use my Singapore Fashion Fast Forward card at Malaysian Fashion Fast Forward stores?

Yes you can enjoy the 10% off privilege but you will not be able to collect points in Malaysia Fashion Fast Forward stores.

Can I use my Malaysia Fashion Fast Forward card at Singapore Fashion Fast Forward stores?

Yes you can enjoy the 10% off privilege but you will not be able to collect points in Singapore Fashion Fast Forward stores.
